[Updated] HackShield Problems [8/13]

Dear Maplers,
If you are experiencing HackShield problems after the August 12th update, please report it on the MapleStory forum here. Please let us know if you are still encountering issues with the
HackShield v.74 update after trying the suggested resolutions above.
Please be as specific as possible, so that we can better assist you.
We have also compiled a list of HackShield error codes and its suggested
resolution. Please identify the error(s) you are experiencing and try
the suggested fix.
If you are experiencing:
Error Code: 00000002, Error Code: 00000204, Error Code: e401000c or Error Code: 00000203
Please reboot your computer and follow the directions below on reinstalling HackShield.
1. Erase all the files in the HShield folder in the MapleStory installation folder.
2. Download http://maplestory.nexon.net/download/hackshield/HShield.zip.
3. Copy and paste all the files into the HShield folder inside your MapleStory installation folder.
4. Launch MapleStory.
Error Code: 30000030
HackShield is unable to connect to the update server. Please check your computer's
personal firewall and be sure to put HackShield on the Allow list. If
there isn't an issue with your firewall, please run an anti-virus scan
to check your computer. Reboot and reinstall HackShield.
Error Code: 00010501 or Error Code: 00010303
HackShield is recognizing hacking tools installed on your computer. Please be sure
you do not have any hacking programs. If your computer is free of
hacks, please run an anti-virus scan to make sure your computer is not
infected. Uninstall and reinstall MapelStory.
Error Code: 00000004
HackShield had a run in with the game in compatibility mode. Run the game again
after encountering this error. It should not happen again.
Error Code: 00000107
The update cannot run on a limited user account on a computer. Please run the game with an Administrator account.
